Items that are in stock will be shipped via USPS within 3 business days. A confirmation email with tracking number will be sent once your shipment is on its way.
Please allow one week for us to ship items that are labeled “Available on backorder”. These items are not currently in stock and will be made especially for you.
If you have not received a confirmation/tracking email within 5 business days of your order (10 business days if backordered) or received your shipment within a week after shipping, please reach out to us via the contact email at the bottom of our web site so that we can follow up.
For those who request free pickup, let us know either as a note on the checkout page, via email, or Facebook Messenger when would be a convenient time for you to come out. If we are home, we are available most any time. On occasion we can also make drop-offs in the immediate Bloomington-Normal area.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please take a picture and send it to us via email: email@example.com. We will do our best to get a replacement in the mail the next day.
If your item doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us via phone (309-376-2264) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to discuss replacement, exchange or refund. We ask that you return the item to us so that we can examine it for quality control. Once we have received the item, we will gladly issue a full refund of the purchase price or send a replacement or exchange.
