While some people call it spun honey or whipped honey, we call it creamed honey. They are all the same: delicious spreadable honey with a smooth, melt-in-your-mouth consistency. We think it’s the best honey for spreading on warm toast and biscuits. It’s made by controlling the crystallization process so that the crystals are small and uniform-shaped rather than the jagged chunks natural crystallization produces. Nothing added other than “seed” honey from a previous batch, so you get nothing but 12 oz of pure raw honey.
