Our honey is harvested with intention, care, and deep respect for the bees who make it. We remove as little wax as possible during extraction, allowing the bees to reuse their carefully crafted comb and conserve energy. It takes approximately 8 pounds of honey for the bees to produce just 1 pound of wax—so every bit we leave behind makes a difference.

By prioritizing wax preservation and mindful harvesting, we help our colonies stay strong, efficient, and focused on what they do best: turning wildflower nectar into liquid gold.
