If your shipment arrives damaged, please take a picture and send it to us via the email contact on the web site: email@example.com. We will do our best to get a replacement in the mail the next day.
If your item doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us via phone or email to discuss replacement, exchange or refund. We ask that you return the item to us, shipping at your expense, so that we can examine it for quality control. Once we have received the item, we will gladly issue a full refund of the purchase price or send a replacement or exchange.
