Sandal season is upon us! Don’t get caught with dry, cracked winter feet. Need a refresh between professional pedicures? Treat yourself to an Essential Foot Care treatment to soften calluses, relieve stress, ease muscle cramps, and improve circulation. Enough for 4 treatments, or invite 3 friends and have a pedicure party!
 
Step 1: Fill a basin or foot spa with warm (110F) water to cover the feet up to the ankles. Add 1 packet of Foot Soak to the water. Place feet in the soak for 20-30 minutes. Do not use if open wounds are present on feet or at signs of an allergic reaction.
 
Step 2: Rub Foaming Foot Scrub onto feet, using the pumice pad on tough calluses if necessary. Apply water and work into a lather. Rinse well.
 
Step 3: Thoroughly dry feet including the area between the toes. Massage Foot Butter onto feet, paying special attention to extra dry areas such as heels and calluses. Can also be used on legs but avoid sensitive skin areas. Feet will be slippery so walk with caution.
 
For Daily Maintenance: Use a Foot Balm to keep feet soft and supple. Apply directly to feet before bed and cover with socks to wake up with soft feet.
