Our Summer Honey is a rich, golden honey bursting with the flavors of coneflowers, milkweed, dandelions, alfalfa, and clover nectars—resulting in a smooth, floral, and slightly earthy taste. Available in 16 oz and 32 oz sizes.

Crystallization & Reheating:
All raw honey will eventually crystallize—it’s a sign of purity! To gently restore it to liquid form, place the jar in a pan of water that has been brought to a boil. Keep the honey below 100°F to preserve its beneficial pollen proteins.

Sustainability & Ethical Beekeeping

We take pride in our small-batch honey harvesting, using a gentle centrifuge extraction process and straining to 400 microns—removing unwanted debris while preserving the natural pollen and enzymes. After extraction, the honeycomb frames are returned to the hive, allowing the bees to refill them without having to produce new wax. Since bees must use 8 pounds of honey to create just 1 pound of wax, this process helps conserve their energy and ensures a more sustainable harvest.
